All orders require full payment upfront. Made-fresh custom cakes and food are non-refundable once production begins.

Cancellations 48+ hours before a custom cake's due date may earn store credit at our discretion.

Snack and platter orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery.

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts and fish — we can't guarantee any item is allergen-free.

Eggless and gluten-free options are available on request but are not made in a dedicated allergen-free environment.

Keep frozen items frozen until cooking; fry from frozen and cook thoroughly. Prepared by a food-safety-certified baker.

We collect only the information needed to process orders and respond to enquiries.

We don't sell your information and don't store card details — payment is by Interac e-Transfer or cash.
